We are making great progress on Jacob’s Well! The project was featured this morning on Channel 13.

Volunteer Opportunities for this Week:

• Saturday, April 9, 9AM to 5PM - Second-Floor framing. We need 25-50 more skilled, semi-skilled and professionals on site. Most unskilled positions are filled. (Hearty lunch will be provided)

• Sunday, April 10, 1PM to 5PM  - Finish Second- Floor framing. We need about 25 – 50 more skilled, semi-skilled and professionals on site. Most unskilled positions are filled. (Light refreshments provided)

Schedule for this week:

Tuesday, April 5, 9AM to 5PM - framing and pick-up work, clean-up and a few unskilled positions.

Thursday, April 7, 6:00AM to 9:45 - framing, sheathing and pick up work. Channel 13 will be doing a live feed from the site! So come on out! We will have hot coffee!

Saturday, April 9, 9AM to 5PM - second floor framing.

Sunday, April 10, 1PM to 5PM (If needed) - finish second floor framing.

Sunday, April 3 Construction Update

The Vision House Jacob’s Well project made great progress today! We will be working on Sunday, April 3 from 1-5. Tomorrow we only need professional, skilled and semi-skill volunteers who have experience with beams, framing, TJIs and decking on the second floor. We also need someone for first aid and photography.

We will look forward to seeing you onsite if you fit the above description! If not, there will be MANY more opportunities over the next few weeks. Please check back frequently.

We are well prepared for our huge build tomorrow! We are praying for sun... but you should bring your rain gear just in case! :-)
